Shillito Apartments South Port Queensland

CAD Studio was asked to create the full marketing package for a new development in South Port on Australia’s Gold Coast. Our local Sunshine Coast office managed the project. 8x 3D renders were created for the marketing of this new development. Interior and exterior renders as well as ground photomatch and aerial drone 3D renders. A full brochure and agents kit has been produced for the Sales Agents to sell off plan. Logos, copywriting, flooplans and all photography completed inhouse.
